This teaching explores Jesus command to “love our enemies” found in the Gospel of Matthew 5:43-48. Through Jesus, romantic love, neuroscience, and Mahatma Gandhi we gain insights into the human heart’s tendency towards the ‘rhythm of fear’ and are challenged to lean into ‘rhythm of love.’
